Biography:
Rama Al Farkh, a self-taught artist born in 1997 in Amman, Jordan, holds a BA in Physics and began her artistic journey in 2015. Known for her explorations in self-idealism and epistemology, she has exhibited locally and internationally and won the Rise Up contest (Amman, 2019).
Statement:
Through moments of empathy and frustration, her work confronts the paradox of humanity. Al Farkh examines the power of vulnerability, inviting viewers to reckon with the complexities of empathy and shared human experience, prompting personal introspection.
