Biography:
Hamza Jaber, born in 1988, is a Palestinian-Jordanian figurative painter based in Amman. He earned a B.A. in Fine Arts from The University of Jordan in 2020. His practice focuses on the dynamics, manipulation, and boundaries of materials, exploring themes of migration, motion, and the role of human figures in our constructed world.

Artist Statement:
"My work in abstract painting allows me to explore form, surface, and colour freely, without the limits of realism. At this stage, I paint for the sake of painting itself, focusing on personal and aesthetic exploration rather than conveying a specific story or responding to events. While working with large spaces presents challenges, it also offers opportunities for experimentation and growth. In the future, I aim to develop a visual language to express causes or ideas that resonate with me, but for now, I find joy in the pure act of painting."
