COLLECTION

ARTWIDE AUCTION

Following an Artwide Auction, all purchased Lots will be transferred to our nominated fine art shipping and storage partner, FD Platinum. Complimentary storage is provided at FD Platinum for a maximum of fifteen (15) days following the date of the auction or at such other place for such other period (if any) as Artwide may determine from time to time.

To arrange collection of your purchased Lot(s), please complete the Collection, Shipping & Storage Form and email it to artwide@fd-platinum.com and auctions@artwide.com.

Buyers collecting in person must make an appointment by emailing artwide@fd-platinum.com. Appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance of planned collection.

During the appointment the Lot(s) will be unpacked allowing the buyer, or the buyer’s representative to fully inspect the Lot(s) before we release them for collection. Buyers should arrive prior to the scheduled appointment time and bring identification. The buyer or their representative will not be admitted into the facility without an appointment.
